MY PROFILE
I started as an Informatica teacher and trained companies and their employees in excel, access and visual basic. These trainings were aimed to help the companies to create analysis in excel to support the organization. This was my first contact with Business Intelligence and it was love at first sight.
After joining a BI consultancy company I did a lot of smaller projects in retail, telecom and financial companies specializing in Business Objects and Dataintegrator which was called ACTA at the time.
I got the opportunity to become a Business Intelligence team lead in a large telecom operator and spent my last eight years gaining knowledge and perform roles as Business Analyst, Developer, Manager and Architect in projects related to customer value and value management, campaign management, marketing intelligence, customer intelligence.
My experience as teacher and team lead has given me the communications skills needed for building strong relationships between the internal BI users and the development team.
